Big Bull Limited Lifetime Warranty guarantees the original purchaser protection against structural defects in material and workmanship under normal intended use for the lifetime of the product. This includes issues such as cracks, bends, or other structural defects that occur during normal use. Big Bull Wheels offers a 1-year finish warranty to the original retail purchaser, starting from the original date of purchase.

THIS WARRANTY SHALL NOT APPLY TO:
⮚ Damage or defects resulting from abuse, misuse, neglect, or accidents on road and off road.
⮚ Wheels that have been modified, altered, or repaired in any way, including actions such as drilling additional air valve holes, tampering with Beadlock bolt threads, or any modifications to the wheels structure.
⮚ Beadlock bolts that are not provided as part of the Big Bull accessory kit.
⮚ Wheels purchased by dealers as second or blemished products.
⮚ Wheels installed with spacers or adapters.
⮚ Damage caused by improper mounting, excessive vehicle loads,
and/or incorrect tyre sizes.
⮚ Corrosion or cosmetic damage occurs after purchase due to exposure to
chemicals, harsh cleaning agents, weather conditions, or neglect.
⮚ Appearance defects or blemishes on wheels once they have been mounted.
⮚ Damage to wheels caused during shipping or handling.

To initiate a warranty claim, the original purchaser must return the wheel to the retail or wholesale dealer where it was originally purchased, along with a copy of the original receipt. If the dealer determines that the wheel is covered under warranty, it will be repaired or replaced. Please note that the cost of shipping, removal, installation, or reinstallation of the wheel is not included in the repair or replacement. This warranty becomes void upon the transfer of ownership of the product by the original retail purchaser. If returned products are deemed ineligible for warranty coverage, they will be returned to the sender, without repair or replacement, at the senders expense.

To ensure warranty eligibility, please complete the warranty claim form after placing your order. Warranty coverage will not apply if the form has not been submitted. This process ensures that only genuine Big Bull Wheels are registered for warranty coverage, preventing claims on second-hand or counterfeit products.
