This guideline applies to merchandise purchased from Big Bull and covers return scenarios within 15 days of delivery. Beyond this period, items are subject only to our warranty policy. Please note that all returned items will undergo a thorough inspection.

● Cancellation or revision requests for confirmed orders are not guaranteed. For assistance, please contact our customer service team to explore available options.

● Wheels must be returned in their original packaging, unused, and unmounted. Returns are not accepted for wheels that have been mounted to tires.

● If wheels are received with clear evidence of tire installation, no credit will be issued, and the wheels will be discarded. Similarly, if wheels are improperly repackaged and sustain damage during transit, no credit will be issued, and the wheels will be discarded.

● Closeout and discounted items are not eligible for return.

● Customers are responsible for freight charges on returned-to-stock or refused items for non-defective products.

● All returns of non-defective products may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

● For non-defective products, the customer is responsible for prepaying the return shipping costs. Return shipping and any handling fees are non refundable.

● If an item is found to have signs of wear, cosmetic blemishes, missing parts, or any damage upon evaluation, the cost of reconditioning will be deducted from the refund amount.

● All international sales are final and not eligible for returns. For any inquiries, please contact our Customer Service team before placing your order.

● Big Bull does not accept returns or exchanges for products damaged by the customer, and such cases will void the warranty. This includes damage resulting from misuse, missing parts, or any condition that renders the product unsellable due to customer tampering.

Exchanges
If an incorrect item was shipped, Big Bull will exchange it for the correct item as per the original order. The following conditions apply:
● Customers must contact Customer Service before initiating a return.

● All original packaging, manuals, documents, and accessories must be included with the returned merchandise.

● The returned item must be in its original packaging, which must remain intact and undamaged. Missing or damaged packaging will void the exchange.

● The item must not be damaged or altered in any way. Any such modifications will void the exchange, guarantee, and warranty.

● Big Bull will cover return shipping and insurance fees.
